Sorry this letter has taken me a while to write with our wonderful News.
We would like to introduce our beautiful baby girl " Aria Bae Dahlenburg", Born at 12.49pm by C-Section on 26th January 2009 " Australia Day " weighing 3.408kg. I had a wonderful healthy pregnancy, walking, swimming and doing yoga every week. Aria decided to turn posterior in the last weeks thus the cesarean. We laboured for 15 hours before hand!
Aria is now 3 months old and is smiling, talking and laughing, very rewarding. Also she is finally sleeping!! After weeks of sleep deprivation!! We are both unbelievably happy and very much in love with her.
Thank you to ALL of you for the help in achieving our dream of a family, She is so much more than we dreamed of. You may see us in a year or two for the hope of another miracle.

It's taken me a while to get my thoughts together to share a few words... the arrival baby number 5 has slowed me down a little!
After enjoying four un-complicated, smooth pregnancies and cesarean births, we were quite surprised that our fifth pregnancy and cesarean birth could be so complicated! However from the beginning of all of my pregnancies, James has been supportive, caring and thorough with my care.
When little Millie recently arrived 5 weeks early, James had all in hand to perform an emergency c-section and additonal life-saving surgery with extra help from other specialists and additional theatre staff.
We are so grateful to have had had such a long association with James & Julie Moir and their staff over the past 10 years as we have welcomed each addition to our family and would highly recommend them to any couple wishing to have the greatest level of care during their pregnancy and birthing experience.
James has informed us that we are currently the record holders for his most consecutive single c-section births, so now that our family is complete, it is a little strange to not be able to say to James "See you next time!"...

Jesse Thomas Fergusson was born at 1108pm on 8th April. I had a pretty good pregnancy and ended up being induced as I was overdue. After a long and slow progressing labour James decided to do an emergency c-section as Jesse's heart rate dropped. He was born completely healthy and is an absolute dream! We are so in love with him and having a wonderful time.
James was a fantastic doctor - his intuition, experience and manner made the whole process a pleasure. I would highly recommend him to any pregnant lady looking for a obstetrician.
Thanks again to everyone at the office for the support throughout my pregnancy and for delivering us a beautiful baby boy.

How can we ever begin to thank you so so much for all the care you provided us with during our journey with our beautiful new baby boy Harry James.
My entire family is so grateful to you for rescheduling your time to be available to deliver Harry on the 11th of November 09 so that all our interstate family could be there to welcome his safe arrival into the world.
After 4 miscarriages in trying to get our second little family member I honestly didn't think he was ever going to get here but as they say "all good things come to those who wait".
The name James goes back as far as the 16th century in our family on my fathers side (Scottish) with every first born son being named James as a middle name after each father before him I just new when we met you if it was a boy there was no question it had to be James for the middle name, so thank you Dr Moir you are such a gentle caring person & I new when Dr Stephen Cook from the Wesley recommended you that we would be in good hands.
To all your lovely ladies who work along side you in your office they have always been very attentive with helping to schedule in appointments to make my life easy,having Jack in tow they were often called upon to keep him entertained so thank you girls (not always an easy task).
I can't express enough how impressed we were with the Sunshine coast private hospital all the staff were so kind & caring we couldn't believe that every staff member was the same you could see that they all really enjoyed their job we have been telling all our friends how wonderful the hospital was & will be recommending it to any one in need.
